Return & Refund Policy

At RTLShirts, every item is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@rtlshirts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, if possible. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a change of mind, or other non-defect reasons. Please use the size chart before ordering.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply where you live.
